Donair Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup Evaporated Milk
  • 2/3 cup White Sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 3 tablespoon White Vinegar

Directions

  1. Place evaporated milk, sugar and garlic powder in a bowl or large measuring cup. Mix well with spoon so sugar is dissolved. Do not wisk!
  2. Quickly add vinegar and stir 3-4 times until combined. Do not over stir, it will result in thin sauce.
  3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Remove from the fridge and stir to combine. Over stirring will cause sauce to thin out. Enjoy on a donair or with garlic fingers!
