Ingredients
- 2/3 cup Evaporated Milk
- 2/3 cup White Sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 3 tablespoon White Vinegar
Directions
- Place evaporated milk, sugar and garlic powder in a bowl or large measuring cup. Mix well with spoon so sugar is dissolved. Do not wisk!
- Quickly add vinegar and stir 3-4 times until combined. Do not over stir, it will result in thin sauce.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Remove from the fridge and stir to combine. Over stirring will cause sauce to thin out. Enjoy on a donair or with garlic fingers!
