Ingredients

  • 6 unit Thai Basil Leaves
  • 3/4 ounces Lime Juice
  • 1.5 ounces Gin
  • 1 ounces St. Germain

Instructions

  1. Place the basil and lime juice in a cocktail shaker and muddle.
  2. Add the gin and St. Germain and shake vigorously with ice for 30 seconds.
  3. Strain into a coupe or your favourite cocktail glass. To get extra fancy garnish with additional Thai basil.
